That's right. I took the first part of my surname and combined it with the word 'blog'.

It's personalisation, it's a pun, it is good.

Why are you doing this?

The Rathblog is where I write about whatever's on my mind.

That tends to be tech (home servers, self-hosting, Azure, software), but I make absolutely no promises about staying on topic.

Expect the occasional detour into hobbies, random opinions, and things I found interesting enough to actually sit down and write about.

No newsletter agenda, no content calendar, no niche. Just another chap mumbling on the internet.
